Ok heres the link for my next youtube broadcast... its footage of the first trail I rode during my trip to Tenerife. The picture is a bit crappy in parts (mainly due to the very poor quality helmet cam Im using) but hopefully it gives you a flavour of the altitude and the terrain we played in!

Please feel free to leave comments and/or rate the clip... its a bit longer than the others, but thats cos Ive had to try and condense over 1hr of DH into about 8mins of highlights.
Just wait for the crazy tarmac section (and the views) towards the end of the trail... I lost count of how many times I cornered the fourcross on 3 wheels LOL

Cool My tour also appears to be spreading the word about Rough Riderz and fourcross bikes amongst the spanish community! We have been sent links to 2 different forums... use this link if you wanna do a bit of translation!

The first one is at adaptado.es and features a bit of info (in spanish) and some good photos taken at Bikepark Tenerife. The second one is on the bikecanarias.com forum with a few more pics... and more spanish (in slang), so good luck with that! Lol

Just a quick bit of news from my favourite rock... Zeno, the owner of Bikepark Tenerife has sent me a link to an article which was published in the Canarian newspaper El Dia after my recent tour.

If youre spanish is any good you can have a read of this... or just use a translation site to get the general idea?

North Face Trail in Grizedale Forest - officially opened March 06

If your after a really challenging Lake District mountain bike ride take a look at The North Face trail, this trail situated in Grizedale forest is great, the actual mountain bike trail is 9.7 miles long and includes some great obstacles such as drop offs, gang planks and some awesome jumps, the Northern Munkies have tested this mtb trail out and all agree the course is well engineered with a variety of terrains, the day we trialled the Grizedale North Face trail, it was muddy and snowy hence adding an extreme element to the biking experience, great fun. Take a look at the blog to read up on it.

Grizedale Forests North Face trail is now almost completely bedded in, a great opportunity for mountain biking this easter, The North Face Trail is part of the Grizedale regeneration project.
